North Carolina Visit

Warning:  When uploading pictures to Picasa Web Albums the pictures will load in whatever willy, nilly order they want to, thus making it painstakingly difficult to upload them in the correct order on your blog, therefore I did not endeavor to do so in this post.  So, enjoy them out of order and understand that we did not do all of these activities on different days while wearing the same clothes! :)

Johnny and Lydia enjoy each others company the way most toddlers do...following each other into whatever mischief they can!  In this instance, pulling leaves off the poor little tree.

A sweet little Grandma on the beach wanted to take our picture for us!

He loves the beach as much as his sister I think!

Our first week in NC it rained a lot!  Julius was so excited when I told him he could splash in the puddles!!

Lydia was content to play in the sand and steer clear of the water!

There is a picture of me about this age with my pacifier in my mouth at the beach...gonna have to find it and compare! :)

We didn't want to open the sand box so they found other ways to play with it!

Slides are such good learning tools, from sliding yourself, to seeing what other objects will slide, to taking turns....

Needless to say, his boots had 3 inches of water in them by the end of his puddle jumping adventure!

I'm sure it felt funny on his feet, there were tons of little clams in the bottom of these pools!

It was a beautiful day!

Our trip was great!  Ready to go again!
