These are the bunks in which Daddy spends his sleeping hours...usually only about 4-6 hours at a time. However there are usually drills that rouse him every 45mins to a hour :) So, first he has to get comfortable in a 5' some odd inches bunk...
I'm 5'2", he's 6'1" so the bunks fall somewhere between us :)
The hatch would fit Julius just fine...Daddy not so much :)
It was really fun to see what Daddy works on!

It is absolutely insane to think that Nick will spend a good chunk of his life on a submarine. I can't think about it - but it was fun to look at your trip! Neat for you to get to see everything and have a guided tour :) I want to go next time!
