Disney World day 2: Hollywood Studios

Wednesday, October 22nd
We woke up ready to go this morning!

On the way out we noticed some Disney artists keeping up appearances!
Wonder how often they touch up the scenery?!
Another morning we saw a person shining all the cars too!

These guys hang out at the Finding Nemo portion of the resort.
Mine, Mine, Mine!

Happy girl riding the bus to Hollywood Studios!

Ready to get that bow off as soon as Mommy puts it on!

Big sister has no problem wearing hers!

Lots of old cars around Hollywood.
Julius loves old cars, any car for that matter, so of course he's ready for the picture!

The whole gang!

The kids under the hat!

On The Great Movie Ride we got to see some movie memorabilia…I've always loved that dress!

Just a tad about the ride though…it said on the sign as you walked in the door that it could be frightening for children so we asked what was frightening and were told there was a scene from Aliens and a shoot-out reenactment.  We figured we'd try it anyways…wasn't such a good idea.  I ended up covering the kids eyes as we drove through the Aliens scene and covering their ears in the shoot-out, it was rather loud!  But I think the kids came away unscathed and haven't mentioned it since.  Maybe we're in the clear! :)

We were right on time for Chip and Dale!
The kids loved getting their signature books out for the characters!

Honey, I Shrunk the Kids playground…AWESOME!

We did enjoy a Frozen Movie Sing-a-long too but no pictures from that.

Got to meet Lightening McQueen and Tow Mater!

These two are best buds!

Lydia is not too sure about this toy soldier!

Especially when he moves!

Papa found one too!

Nestled in the Magic of Disney Animation building is the meet and greet with Mr. Incredible and Frozone!  They are a funny pair!

Lydia always has a hug ready!

We also got to try our hand at being a Disney artist!

Our group of artists chose to draw Dug the dog from Up.
What do you think?

Love the Streets of America back drop!
The kids were pretty amazed by it every time we walked by!

We were on our way over to Muppet Vision 3D!
Super fun show for the kids!  They loved the 3D glasses and Lydia reached out for objects several times which cracked up Nick and I!  Amelia took a nap!

We couldn't talk Julius into trying the Star Tours ride but it is definitely on our favorites list and maybe one day we will get him on it!

The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular is really a fun show to watch!
Julius was a little worried at times so it was very believable!

Daddy had to take pictures with the props…Jayden obviously didn't want in on the pictures :)

Always a laugh when these two were together!

Another picture Mom?
I'm just eating dinner!
Said Julius.

Ready to watch Fantasmic!!

Happy baby!

Yes, Mommy brought dollar store glowsticks for us and they were played with and enjoyed just as much as the much more pricey Disney ones.
One of the only money saving tips you will get from these posts! :)

Even happier baby when she has her bottle!

Mickey the Mouse!

Back home to Radiator Springs!
A few more pictures of our awesome resort!

and Ornament Valley.

A quick, blurry picture of the Big Blue Pool!

Doc Hudson

The Cozy Cone Motel!!

We called Luigi's Casa Della Tires home!

Wow, what a fun day that was!
Next comes…
MAGIC KINGDOM!!

Gosh this looks so awesome! I'm going to have to show all of these to Brian and emphasize how much we need to go one day :) You two are good at making it fun, though, and doing lots of stuff!
